Breaking News at 99, 'The Gut'

Plans for 99, the only bar entirely on the first floor, and intended to be an exclusive and lavish Champagne and Oyster bar, overlooking the street below, have been scrapped. It was agreed that there are enough venues in Valletta, already catering to the over paid, tasteless and pretentious.
